How long does it take for the design to be completed? This differs with every site, if you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you.
I would like you to design my site, What do I have to do? If you decide to use our services, please provide us with a brief idea of your requirements, we will then design an initial page. The client will then receive a copy of the page and we will refine the page until a satisfactory design has been reached. At this point all graphics and text must be sent to us for us to design the website for you.
Every website design varies, depending on the type of website you require. Therefore we cannot display a set price. However, we have included some average prices. An average website will cost approx £250, an Ecommerce site costs approx £400, a complete EBay package (including a shop design, a listing template and an about me page) costs approx £200. However, each individual website differs. We also create a lot of E-book websites from a PHP script, we charge £20 for complete setup of the site. Basic websites for individuals start from just £50.
All of our designs are started from scratch, we do not use ready made templates. Every website we create is search engine optimised, is submitted to the top search engines, including Google, yahoo and msn and is compatible in all browsers. All our websites include free aftercare support and advice.
Do I need a domain name and hosting? All websites require a domain name and a hosting account. We recommend the world's number one web host. To visit their site please click on the domains and hosting button above.
How do I get listed in the search engines? We submit your completed website to all the leading search engines including Google, yahoo and msn. What is Search engine optimisation? All websites need to be optimised for you to stand high in the search engines. It involves the meta tags on each webpage as well as your images, and getting your keywords correct. Most of the time we can complete the website design through telephone or email contact. However, if you wish to meet us with your idea's then this can be arranged.
What after sales care do you provide? Once your website has been completed we offer a 30 day free aftercare service for any slight tweaks or amendments. After the 30 day period any support will be charged at £25 per hour
Yes we ask for a 50% deposit, a receipt will also be issued. Once the design has been completed an invoice will be sent to the client with a 14 day period to make payment. We accept payments through Paypal, cheque, money order, postal order and cash. We can accept all credit and debit cards securely through our Paypal system. Some of our customer's do not like using Paypal, we can then arrange to use our Nochex account. What if I am not happy with your service? In the unlikely event that you are not happy with our service then you can count on our brilliant customer service as with our main website. If you are unhappy with our service, we will work hard to satisfy your needs.
